COMMUNITY ACTION TEAM (CAT)
What is CAT All About?

Justin Rudd: Founder and Chairman of CAT

We don't exist unless there is someone who can see us existing, what we say has no meaning until someone can understand, while to be surrounded by friends is constantly to have our identity confirmed; their knowledge and care for us have the power to pull us from our numbness. (Epicurus)

CAT IS A 501c3 nonprofit organization composed of programs and events including the 30-Minute Beach Cleanup; the $1,000 Southern California Spelling Bee Championship; the Ultimate Quest (UQ) Race for Charity; Sprint Dating (a fundraising event); Operation Santa Paws; and various Haute Dog projects. The group also organizes numerous HIV and AIDS related support programs.

THE GOAL of the Community Action Team (CAT)
is to implement programs, events, education, support and advocacy that will focus on such relevant issues as education, the environment, our beaches, health/fitness, HIV, and animal welfare.

CAT'S MISSION is to embrace humanity with care and compassion, while encouraging those around us to explore, dream and discover the tenets of civility, kindness and understanding of all people. Click here for more info
